The symposium will be held at International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (i.e., IIIT Hyderabad). Within IIIT Hyderabad the location will be following :

Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India.
Transportation will be provided from Westin and Novotel hotels to the symposium venue (IIIT Hyderabad) on Dec 9th (Saturday) and Dec 10th (Sunday) morning. A van will pick up attendees at 8:20 am IST from Westin and Novotel (two separate vans are provided). Please make sure to be near the main door of the hotel between 8:00 am - 8:15 am IST.
We would like to request you to complete a form that will provide the information required by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for all conference attendees who require a visa to enter India and this will be shared with MEA. The form is available at this link.
Upon submitting this form, you are still required to follow the visa application process for India, but this process will make your local embassy aware of your intent to attend ICIS 2023. Please visit this link to obtain details regarding the visa requirements and processes. Currently, OCI cardholders are exempt from this requirement.
